As a customer loyalty host on the shop floor, you will draw on your engaging personal manner and extensive knowledge of the store to provide a warm welcome and assistance in all nature of enquiries. Based in our Head Office in Hammersmith, our Customer Services Advisers respond to customer incidents received by telephone, email, mail and social media, going the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Customer Insight & Experience

By analysing and reacting to shopper trends, our Customer Insight team is able to understand who our customers are, what they like to buy and what we can do to bring them into the store. Meanwhile, our Customer Experience team is constantly working to improve our customers shopping experience, overseeing projects that range from gift-wrapping to how our orders are delivered. With a database of over 400,000 customers, to work in this area you will need close attention to detail, a creative mind, and the ability to put yourself in the customer shoes.

Customer Relations

Our Customer Relations team specialises in the impossible. With our unrivalled reputation, we have the capacity to create a wide range of tailor-made experiences for some of Harrods‚ most discerning customers. To work with this department, you must have impressive networking and negotiating skills and enjoy the thrill of making someone‚ dream come to life.
