Once a candidate has joined us, People Support provides our employees with confidential and sympathetic advice. From organising pay roll to resolving disputes in a fair and considered manner, our team understand the importance of discretion, compliance and unwavering support.
Our in-house Learning & Development team provide a wide range of courses, workshops and mentoring programmes to educate, develop and inspire our employees. From selling skills courses to the extended Harrods Management programme, our Learning & Development advisers and partners investigate the market to hand pick leading training techniques and experiences.
