Postgraduate Work Placements
Gain constructive experience in an area that really fits with your degree and career aspirations on one of our three month postgraduate work placements. Training and development specific to the role will support and help you prove your worth in preparation for permanent roles at Harrods or in other retail environments.
You must be:
- 21 years old or over
- A recent graduate or postgraduate of the last 12 to18 months (with a degree relevant to the department you would like to work in) of a university on Harrods Resourcings' partner list
The placement:
- Lasts from one to three months
- Comprises a set business role with specific role requirements, competences and measurements
- You will receive performance reviews, training, support and guidance, along with feedback for your professional portfolio
- You must adhere to company policies and procedures, act professionally at all times and observe Harrods business dress code standards
The pay:
As a temporary contract the pay is defined by an hourly rate
The process:
- Placements are advertised on harrodscareers.com and with Harrods partner universities
- If successful you will undergo a formal recruitment process and receive feedback on your performance
- Harrods Resourcing will arrange a welcome day for the successful student
