Recruitment Process
If you have a passion for retail and have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 in a retail or business-related degree we would be interested in hearing from you. We also require that applicants have worked in retail in a customer facing role.
Applications are made online with a full screening process.
Successful candidates will be invited for a structured telephone interview. This part of the process is a conversation with competence and behavioural based questions.
The final recruitment stage is an Assessment Centre which involves a number of exercises and will be a full day.
