"What attracted me to Harrods was I've always worked in department stores in Australia, and my thought was that one day I'd work in the best department store in the world - and here I am!"

"I think there's no doubt for anybody that works here, or any customer coming, when you walk down Brompton Road and you see the building...I mean, I know I start getting taller by the moment. And I think the customers and all of us that work here do have a high expectation of Harrods as far as, yes it's a department store, but what it offers, the building, the history, the tradition, the Chairman. You know, it's simply unique - it's incredible."

"As far as opportunities in the store, there's a myriad. So apart from the obvious selling roles and selling management roles, there's buying, there's marketing, there's visual merchandising, there's human resources - all here in Knightsbridge. So I think there are more choices than you can think about. If you can deliver - absolutely."
