Co-ordinated by our recruitment department, the interview process is usually a two-stage process, although may involve more steps for certain roles.
For Sales Associates, the second-stage consists of an Assessment Centre, designed to examine a number of specific skills, and could include presentations, interactive role plays and formal shop-floor interviews.
