"I decided to come and work at Harrods because my friend was working here, and she told me that they needed some staff; I was a bit nervous first of all to work here because I heard it was a very famous place and famous people come here and I thought it was going to be difficult. Later I realised that it's really nice to work here and it's fun."

"I like a lot of stuff, also I like everybody here. There's nice staff discounts here, we recieve commission and there's a staff restaurant - it has a wide variety of food you can choose, and there's a really friendly atmosphere. The people really treat you well; if you've got for example some issues, if you need flexible hours or something it's really good because they give you the opportunity to choose what time you'd like to start and finish - even when I was pregnant it was really nice to work here, they gave me the opportunity to stay at the counter, not just run around. There are lots of benefits working at Harrods."
