Your First Day
On a new starter's first day, they must come in business dress, as outlined in Harrods Dress Code policy.
Starters must be able to provide one of the following:
- Valid passport (with correct visa stamp if not EC member)
- Valid european identity card
- If a student visa, they must bring a letter from the college confirming registration and dates of course start and end
- Full A4 birth certificate with NI card
If the above is not brought on the first day, starting at Harrods will be postponed, until valid documentation is seen by a member of HR.
In addition, they must also bring:
- National Insurance Number
- Completed bank details and P45
- One passport photo
- Completed background checking form and any written references
