Meet Jordane - Retail Operations Assistant

Jordane has been promoted from Receptionist in Bespoke Alterations to Retail Support Assistant.

Describe a typical day in your new role

Working with such a multitude of departments brings new projects and undertakings each day. Tasks in my schedule could range from attending focus groups with General Sales Managers, to composing statistical reports on storewide trade, NPS and customer acquisition.

Harrods puts exceptional customer service at the forefront of every decision. This drives everyone in the business to go the extra mile, creating an extraordinarily motivating environment to work in.

What support did you receive whilst looking to change roles?

My manager informed me of this role as it suited my skillset, she checked regularly and informed me as soon a position became available.
