Our Customer Loyalty Team's mission is to be a world-class, service-focused team that delivers a bespoke experience for every customer, surprising and delighting them and increasing their loyalty to Harrods. And to ensure we do so, we listen to customer feedback and capture it in a way that allows us to support the business to identify trends and make informed decisions with the customer at the heart.

Everything the team does is about supporting seamlessly the customer's needs at any given point during their multi-channel journey to ensure we keep exceeding their expectations and keep reflecting our luxury brand. Supported by the right systems and Managers, our Customer Loyalty Specialists, Shop Floor Customer Loyalty Hosts and Customer Services Advisers all work together and go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional experience for every visitor to our store.
