Tell us which areas you look after:
I’m responsible for recruiting all our Pastry, Bakery and Culinary, and Own-Bought restaurant people. I also look after Food Safety and Food Product Development and Technical.

Tell us a little bit about your background:
My very first job was in hospitality, and despite graduating in a different subject I always had my eye on this sector. At Harrods I spend a lot of time with our Chefs and our Operation and Front of House teams to ensure I’m in touch with their world and properly equipped to support them.

My colleagues make Harrods the amazing place it is. Everyone loves what they do. Working alongside them is truly inspiring and makes me realise that we can achieve great things together.
