Are you organised, accurate and personable?

We’re looking for a diligent Administrator to join a leading Fine Jewellery brand.

Working closely with the Sales Associates, you will place all orders for tailored, custom-made Jewellery pieces, liaising across the various London stores and the brands Head Office.

As a process driven and detail orientated individual the ideal candidate will have immaculate numerical and literacy skills and a proven background in Administration, Cash Management and Stock control. To be successful in this role you must have exceptional communication skills and a thorough understanding of luxury service reflecting the brand’s values at all times. 

Computer literacy including basic knowledge of excel is imperative along with excellent organisation skills  and a methodical way of working. Whilst previous experience in fine jewellery is not a pre requisite only candidates passionate about building a career within this product area will be considered.
