About You

You have a fantastic energy and a natural passion for customer service. You have previous managerial experience within luxury retail or hospitality.

What to expect

Our retail Services team is giving the first welcome or last goodbye to our customers on their journey with us. Therefore, you will play a key role in ensuring that the experience is seamless, in line with Harrods' values and expectations, and you will do just that by coaching, developing and engaging with your team. With the help of another Assistant Manager, you will lead of team of 16 across not only Customer Collections but also Lost Property and Left Luggage areas. You will report to and support the Sales Manager to achieve the highest level of service within the department .

What is important?

To be successful you will need to be a true people person, at ease communicating with customers, team members, peers or other business stakeholders alike. You will also have proven track record of managing and leading a team.
