We are looking for an accomplished Chef de Partie to work in our Production Kitchen.

You will be joining our team of 35 Chefs working under the leadership of Alistair Dibbs, Executive Sous Chef, to prepare our lunch and dinner food range daily sold in the famous Food Halls and our newly open Roast & Bake café.

As a Chef de Partie, you will ensure the smooth running of operations, including monitoring stock, maintaining daily production levels and ensuring that guidelines are followed. You will be working directly under the Sous Chefs, with exposure to a variety of sections and an opportunity to contribute your own culinary creativity to the team. This role offers opportunities for both personal and career development.

The ideal candidate will have an internationally recognized catering qualification and will relish the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
