Are you passionate about excellent customer service?

We are looking for friendly, dedicated and resourceful temporary Customer Service Advisers to join our exceptional team. We have roles based at our support centre in both Knightsbridge and Hammersmith.

You will need exceptional communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner, as you will be dealing with customer queries via phone and email on a daily basis. In addition to this, you will have the ability to effectively build lasting relationships across the business, ensuring a loyal customer base.

Strong organisation skills and a keen attention to detail are required, as you will need to manage and prioritise a varied work load, whilst remaining calm and composed under pressure.

To be successful, you must have proven customer service experience and a high level of computer literacy.

Please note this role requires you to be fully flexible to working on a full time, 37.5 hours per week shift basis including some weekends. The shift pattern includes 8.30am starts and 9pm finishes.
