Can you deliver excellent service this festive season?

We’re looking for Grotto Customer Services Advisers to join our Grotto team until Christmas Eve.

During Christmas, our store is transformed into a wintery wonderland, with a specially designed Grotto for our most loyal customers. As this is a highly popular in-store experience, we need a dedicated team of customer service specialists to ensure the smooth running of our festive activities.

With an impeccable phone manner and strong organisational skills, you will manage the Grotto booking system, sending email confirmations and dealing with special requests and queries.

Remaining calm and composed under pressure, you will deal with demanding customers confidently, escalating issues when necessary.

To be successful, you will have a customer service background, an understanding of our brand values and plenty of festive cheer!

Please note that this role requires you to work full-time on a shift basis, including some weekends.
