This exciting and new role will report into the CRM Manager and support the CRM function to grow the contactable database across all communication channels (email/SMS/DM/push).

This role involves CRM-based tasks such as embedding data capture in lifecycle journeys, but will focus on customer data acquisition, database contact management and administration. You will be an ambassador for increasing the customer data we have available, often working independently to project manage or consult on initiatives to ensure data quality. You will be interacting with a variety of stakeholders including Senior Management.

About You

As a specialist in this area, it will be your responsibility to help increase the size and richness of our database by business casing, identifying, and working to fill gaps in data sets. You will be liaising with multiple teams to embed GDPR compliant data capture in a variety of projects, for example on landing pages, in store events or digital campaigns, positioning yourself as a database growth advocate. You will also run data analysis and lead the strategy for data growth as we embark on our journey of the Single View of the Customer.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in CRM is essential, retail environment and acquisition focused preferred.
  • Relevant campaign experience in CRM operations for targeted, complex campaign activity for large retailers preferred.
  • A candidate that is more than familiar with the standard office automation and communications tools.
  • Excellent understanding of GDPR.
  • Someone that is adaptable to change, very skilled in multi-tasking and an excellent communicator as the role involves working with various teams in the business from IT, Marketing to Creative.
  • Initiative and experience in Project Management are important, as well as the ability to work independently.
