Culinary Operations Controller

We are looking for a Culinary Operations Controller to join our Kitchens Support team.

Meticulous and organised, you will assist with the control of the Kitchen operating costs and manage day-to-day cost accounting. You will support the team to maximise the use of resources in the most productive and efficient way, and drive results by monitoring culinary performance via the relevant reporting.

You will be creating and updating recipes on our system (SAP) advising the Chefs on food cost, as well as supporting them with ordering and stocktakes. Additionally, you will work with the Food Technical teams ensuring full compliance with all safety and hygiene procedures.

Prior knowledge of SAP is not essential as you will be a fast-learner with logical and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will have prior experience in Kitchens or a good understanding of how they operate. You will have a genuine interest in inventory control and be comfortable working with data and numbers.
