We are looking for a Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our Kitchens & Restaurants Support team.

Meticulous and organised, you will be responsible for the costing, organisation and prediction of gross margin of recipes for the restaurants and kitchens. You will be creating and updating recipes on our system (SAP) advising the Chefs on food cost, as well as supporting them with inventory control and ordering. 

Additionally, you will work with the Food Technical teams ensuring full compliance with all safety and hygiene procedures.

Prior knowledge of SAP is not essential as you will be a fast-learner with logical and good problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will have prior experience in restaurants or a good understanding of how restaurants operate. You will have a genuine interest in inventory control and be comfortable working with data and numbers.
