We are looking for an Arabic speaking Customer Loyalty Adviser to join our Front of House team based in our Knightsbridge. The successful candidate must be able to work 5 days per week, on a fully flexible contract. 

You will be providing the highest level of customer service and ensuring everyone who visits the store receives a positive and memorable customer experience.

As a Customer Loyalty Adviser you will accurately and efficiently record and process customer incidents and provide face-to-face customer service. You will strive to resolve incidents on the first contact with the customer, writing personal correspondence and taking ownership of incidents by liaising with other departments and third parties when necessary.

You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an appetite to learn  and develop your knowledge of departmental and store processes. You must be able to prioritise your day effectively, always endeavouring to enhance the customer's experience.   

This role will require you to be fully flexible in your working hours across the seven day working week; it will involve working some late nights and regular weekends, particularly during busy peak periods.
