Can you consistently deliver world class customer service?

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Customer Loyalty Adviser to join our Furniture and Technology team in Hammersmith.  

To be successful, you must have proven customer service experience. You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner, as you will be dealing with high value customer queries on a daily basis.

This role requires meticulous planning and organisation skills and a keen attention to detail, managing a high volume of customer cases, whilst remaining flexible to work on other ad-hoc tasks.

In addition to this, you will use your proactive nature, to build and maintain lasting relationships across the business. Dealing with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders, you will be flexible in adapting your style and ways of working.

The successful candidate will have a confident and pragmatic approach to problem solving with a high level of computer literacy, applying logic and versatility, whilst utilizing relationships and resources in order to surprise and delight our customers.

Please note this role requires you to be fully flexible to working on a full time shift basis including some weekends.
