Become a Harrods ambassador!

We are looking for a full time Customer Loyalty Host to help us create a truly memorable shopping experience. 

With your experience in a client-facing customer service role, you’ll ensure our visitors receive a warm welcome, engaging with them in an enthusiastic and confident manner.

You will be on hand to provide assistance in all nature of enquiries, no matter how big or small. Thanks to your friendly attitude, combined with your extensive store knowledge, you will make sure every customer leaves smiling. 

Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be meeting and assisting a large volume of customers each day. In this busy environment, you’ll need to have the ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.  

You must be fully flexible to work Monday to Sunday, and prepared to work some late nights, particularly during busy periods.
