We’re looking for a Customer Loyalty Team Leader to support a team of Customer Loyalty Advisers.

Drawing on your extensive people management experience, you will understand both your team and their challenges, to identify opportunities to coach and support their development.

Responsible for ensuring your team are in the right place at the right time, you will also inspire them to be world-class and service-focused at every opportunity. You will be personable and confident with your approach, and take every opportunity to open doors to their learning.

Using your excellent customer service background, you will ensure any issues are quickly resolved in a way that reflects our brand values, and also encourage new ways of working.

We’re looking for a champion of the Harrods Customer; who’s not only attentive, but a proven leader in all things service.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing people, ideally within a Luxury Retail or Hospitality environment.
