We’re looking for a Customer Loyalty Team Leader to support a team of Customer Loyalty Hosts.

At Harrods, our Hosts generate loyalty by inspiring each and every customer they interact with. This is achieved through connecting customers with brands, whilst sharing their superior knowledge of the store and everything we have to offer within our four walls.

The perfect candidate will have experience motivating and leading teams, and will take every opportunity to lead by example; demonstrating what exceptional service looks like, inspiring others to do the same.

As an experienced people manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the growth and professional development of the team; leading performance conversations, training initiatives & coaching sessions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be customer centric, confident, organized and driven. You’ll also have a background in delivering customer service in a luxury customer facing environment.
