Can you deliver world class customer service at all times?

 

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Customer Loyalty Adviser to join our exceptional team in Knightsbridge on a fixed term contract..

 

You will need excellent communication skills and an impeccable telephone manner, as you will be dealing with customer queries on a daily basis. In addition to this, you will have the ability to effectively build lasting relationships across the business, ensuring a loyal customer base.

 

This role also requires strong organisation skills and a keen attention to detail, as you will need to manage and prioritise a varied work load, whilst remaining calm and composed under pressure.

 

To be successful, you must have proven customer service experience and a high level of computer literacy.
