Do you pride yourself in exceeding customers’ expectations?

We are looking a talented Customer Services Advisor to join our exceptional Customer Loyalty team, at our iconic Knightsbridge store.

Delivering the very best customer experience, you will be a true Harrods ambassador, always ensuring our brand values are reflected in every interaction.

Warm and personable, you will build rapport with your customers, establishing long lasting customer loyalty. As you will be liaising with both clients and members of the wider team, excellent communication skills and an engaging personal manner are vital to succeed in this role.

Using your endless initiative, you will seize every opportunity to resolve any customer queries by finding the right solution for each customer in as short a time as possible.

Remaining calm and composed, you will deal with challenging situations confidently and in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Thriving under pressure, you will work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations.
