We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our exceptional Customer Service team, based at our iconic Knightsbridge store.

Delivering the very best customer experience, you will be a true Harrods ambassador, always ensuring our brand values are reflected in every interaction. By using your endless initiative, you will seize every opportunity to resolve any customer queries by finding the right solution for each customer in as short a time as possible.

With a warm and personable approach, you will build rapport with your customers to establish long lasting customer loyalty. As you will be liaising with both clients and members of the wider team, excellent communication skills and an engaging personal manner are vital to succeed in this role.

The perfect candidate will thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations. Remaining calm and composed, you will deal with challenging situations confidently and in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
