We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant Manager to motivate a team of Advisers to deliver world-class experiences for customers, based at our iconic Knightsbridge store.

The Harrods mission is to be the number-one department store in the world for luxury merchandise. As the Customer Service Team we are the most trusted pair of hands. We provide exceptional service and seize every opportunity to create magic, and by listening to our customers we influence change.

The perfect candidate will be an energetic and resilient individual, who is confidently able to lead by example and set the standard of delivering excellent customer service. As someone whose passion is coaching a team, you will be responsible for driving the development and engagement of Customer Service Advisers. You will be a creative thinker and solution focused to achieve your objectives and deliver results.

With a personable approach and strong communication skills, you will be confident building and developing relationships with key stakeholders around the business to support the customer journey.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of managing a team within a luxury service environment and a desire to lead the Harrods mission of Redefining Luxury; building, delivering and supporting excellence.
