What to Expect
You will be leading a team of customer service hosts with the support of the customer service host manager. This role is based in Knightsbridge. The customer service hosts are responsible for providing directions to customers as they navigate through the store. You will be working collaboratively with another customer service host assistant manager to build on and initiate strategies to continually strive to exceed customer expectations. We work in accordance to the opening hours of the store, so it will require you to be flexible with working a mixture of early, mid and late shifts.
