Customer Service Manager - Secondment until end of September 2019

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to motivate and inspire a team of Assistant Customer Service Managers and Customer Service Advisers to deliver exceptional customer service.

The perfect candidate will be an energetic and resilient individual, who is confidently able to lead and support the wider team. You would have a proven track record in driving KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.

With a personable approach and strong communication skills, you will be confident networking with key stakeholders around the business to use your influence to inspire change and make improvements to the customer journey.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of luxury service and a desire to lead the Harrods mission of Redefining Luxury; building, delivering and supporting excellence.
