We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Operations Assistant to support our Customer Service Team on a fixed term basis until the 31st of January 2019.

Your main role will be to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Contact Centre and in store teams.

Adopting an innovative and collaborative approach you will support the team to deliver operational change and customer experience improvements across all customer touch-points. Ensuring the Harrods brand values are reflected in all interactions and processes.

To be successful, you will have experience supporting customers, as well as an understanding of contact center technologies and methodology’s. Enjoying a fast-paced and varied role, you will thrive under pressure and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

An expert communicator, you will effectively establish relationships with key internal teams.
