Harrods is now looking for a Full Time Team Assistant to join our Customer Service Team in Hammersmith on a Fixed Term Contract. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration with strong verbal and written skills. 

You will be responsible for assisting Customer Service Management with duties including (but not limited to):

  • Planning and organising projects
  • Proactively creating engaging content for the team 
  • Managing the Head of Customer Services' diary
  • Handling sensitive information 
  • Data entry (experience using Excel would be beneficial) 
  • Preparing presentations
