Are you a talented trouble-shooter?

We need a helpful and dedicated 3rd Line Mac and PC specialist to assist our employees with hardware and software issues.

Using your finely-honed technical skills, you will analyse and resolve all third-line service issues passed to you from our Technical Service Desk.  You will be meeting employees of all departments and roles, so you must have confidence and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

As you will sometimes be dealing with the non IT-fluent, patience and a knack for translating IT terminology are vital. You’ll need to be highly competent in using Macs and OS X, as well as Windows XP, 7, and 8 and ideally experience of AppV but this isn’t essential. 

You must be an advanced user of Microsoft suite. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of Casper, SCCM and VDI. For full technical details, please refer to the Job Description.

The successful candidate will have experience in software packaging and knowledge in both the deployment and administration of Adobe Creative Cloud and VSDM.
