Are you a talented trouble-shooter?

We need a helpful and dedicated End User Support Technician to assist our 4000+ users with hardware and software issues across our business.  Our IT estate is spread across our iconic Knightsbridge store, head office buildings in Hammersmith and a number of smaller business sites including our Airport stores and Harrods Estates offices.

Using your finely-honed technical skills, you will analyse and resolve all service issues passed to you from our Technical Service Desk.  You will be meeting employees of all departments and roles, so you must have confidence and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

As you will sometimes be dealing with the non IT-fluent, patience and a knack for successfully solving a variety of IT issues is essential.  For a full technical description of our technologies, please refer to the job description.
