Are you process driven with strong communication skills?

We are looking for a diligent Facilities Help Desk Operator to join our Engineering Helpdesk in our iconic Knightsbridge store on a fixed term basis for 12 months.

As an Operator, you will be the primary point of contact for staff wishing to make enquiries and reporting faults across the entire retail estate.

Your daily activities will involve logging calls and arranging appropriate repairs or maintenance works with the relevant engineer/technician. You will be using our bespoke CAFM software to carry out these duties, so IT literacy is vital. Managing the entire process, you will follow up where required, ensuring that all calls are actioned and brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be taking regular phone calls, translating faults into clear and practical resolutions. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar telephone based role and must be familiar with call logging systems.
