Are you a methodical thinker with a technical talent?

We are looking for a Facilities Management Technical Officer to join our Engineering and Maintenance team.

You will manage and develop the reporting capability across the entire Engineering and Building services division using Crystal Reports. 

You will troubleshoot issues at first line, support with routine software upgrades and liaise with the software vendor where appropriate.  Working closely with the Facilities Helpdesk Manager in the development of operational processes & procedures , so you must be proactive and thorough in all aspects of your work.

You will communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including senior internal stakeholders and external contractors to assist the Help desk in dealing with all faults in a timely manner. 

Responsible for ensuring that all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) are issued on time, you will be extremely analytical and organised so that faults are identified ahead of deadlines.

The successful candidate must have experience working with Crystal Reports and be proficient in Database Administration using SQL. Help desk experience is essential, with leadership or supervisory role desirable.
