We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated GM Administrator to join our Distribution Centre in Thatcham. Our GM Administrators play an integral role in the delivery of a day to day operations for our distribution centre, we work together, and we win together in bringing moments of magic to our customers.

This role will be on a rotating shift pattern varying between the hours of 7am to 11pm, working 5 out of 7 days, which will also include working the occasional weekend.

Our 340,000 square foot warehouse in Thatcham is at the heart of our international distribution service and a key cog in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

About You

You’ll be an experienced administrator, meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. With a commitment to our high service standards and strong customer focus, you will be processing high end luxury items on our processing team ensuring all information is correct. As you will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process, you will need to be computer literate. Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous.

You’ll be flexible in your approach to work and available to work across the varied shift pattern, motivated to work in harmony with your colleagues to deliver great results. You’ll be numerate and responsive, capable of driving colleagues to meet productivity targets, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently and maintaining accurate reporting of stock management and movement through the supply chain for internal and external stakeholders.

What to expect

In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the efficient flow of goods through the relevant area of the supply chain in which they are employed. Quickly developing a well-rounded knowledge of your area, you will proactively check and count consignments of goods, and be able to assist with any enquiry regarding incoming deliveries.
