Are you an administrative whizz? 


We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our team of 18 fire and health and safety specialists. 


Providing effective administrative support for the team’s activities, you will possess exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. 


Acting as the first point of contact for the Team, you will be an expert communicator, promoting a positive message at all times. 


Computer literate and eager to learn, you will maintain accurate record keeping systems, produce accurate meeting minutes as well as manage team software, liaising with suppliers as necessary. 


To be successful, you must have proven experience in an administrative role. Fluency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, as are strong time management skills and knowledge of Kronos.
