Are you a service-driven individual, who has great attention to detail?

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our People Support Team in Hammersmith.

We need someone who can manage the employee lifecycle and HR transactions in line with policy and performance targets.  Customer service is at the forefront of our business, so you must reflect this in the service you provide to our employees.

You must have been exposed to a high volume and fast-paced workload. You will have knowledge of HR policy and process and will use online resources such as CIPD and law updates to up-skill yourself. This knowledge will allow you to influence decisions confidently.

Ideally you will have experience in working in an HR shared service environment, and be highly motivated. You will be adept at working to deadlines, have strong time management skills, experience providing support via telephone and a keen eye for detail. Multitasking must come naturally to you and you will work well within a team.
