HR Systems Administrator

About You

You will be an experienced HRIS professional with circa 1 year working across multiple systems (desirably Workday) with the ability to smoothly transfer data as well as support key stakeholders and system users through periods of HR system changes. You’ll have a passion for what HR systems can offer the retail industry and you will strive to build successful relationships across the business. Trusted, resilient and proactive you will want to be part of this exciting step where you can aid all areas of the business with your expertise.

What to Expect

You will support the rolling out of HRIS projects and work closely with HR, IT and our Workday account support team to ensure swift reactive solutions and proactively considering the future of HRIS at Harrods . You’ll play a key role in the basic configuration, UAT testing and implementation of new modules and lead in training the wider business in the effective use of HR systems. You will be a subject matter expert of HRIS and play a key role for tier 2 user support of the system, working to guide and reactively resolve issues in its day to day use.
