Are you organised, proactive and personable?

We’re looking for an exceptional Team Administrator to join our IT team.  

Providing administrative support for the IT Leadership Team you will possess superb diary management and minute taking, as well as an ability to collate and edit reports and presentations.

Thanks to your excellent communication skills and quickly formed business knowledge, you will be able to provide seamless PA cover as and when required.

Managing internal and external meetings including arranging room bookings, equipment and catering needs as well as introductory meetings for new joiners including inductions and office set up for new starters, you will be highly organised and able to build strong working relationships across IT.

To be successful, you must have office administration and diary management experience and excellent working knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
