Lead Customer Insight Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Lead Customer Insight Analyst to support our CRM Customer Insight team in developing high level customer analysis.

With your keen eye for detail, you will gather expert customer behaviour analysis, allowing us to develop our understanding of customer spending, and ultimately use this to improve each customer's relationship with the company and increase revenues.

You will be responsible for leading insight projects across the business as well as analysing and improving standard reports. By analysing customer data in both SQL and SAS you will identify strategic business opportunities and risks. It is vital that you combine analytical and business prowess with both the imagination and pragmatism necessary to implement changes based on your findings.

You must have a good knowledge of SQL, SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Insight, Online or BI role and experience with Maths, Statistics, or IT related fileds.
