Are you organised and accurate?

We are looking for a proficient Lead Payroll Administrator to join our exceptional Finance department.

Data driven and self-motivated, you will oversee the day to day running of the department, ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner whilst complying with statutory and audit requirements. With your excellent communication skills and professional attitude, you will provide a first class service to all employees and ensure the management of payroll systems are effective and efficient. 

To be successful, you must have proven experience in a similar role, with the desire to build a career in Payroll. You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to multi task and prioritise your daily workload, whilst working to tight deadlines. Although CIPP or other recognised payroll qualifications are not essential, an excellent technical payroll knowledge as well as tax & national insurance knowledge is a must have. A good working knowledge of Resourcelink, Workday, Cognos reporting and Kronos Time & Attendance would be advantageous.
