About you

As a Lead Transaction Assistant you will support the By Appointment Operations Management team with the smooth running of the Back of House areas. You will support with key transactional controls such as stock approval, deposit tracker, refunds, high value transactions, management of team breaks as well as support Transaction Assistants with dispatch and export procedures, including preparations of CITIES, COO, MIB and VAT invoices..

As this is a key part of our customer journey it’s important to us that you’re able to complete complex transactions promptly and accurately.

You will be proactive and capable of working with incomplete information, but also possess team work skills as this will be a key part of your role within By Appointment.
