About You
You love customers! You take time to listen to customers carefully and attend to their needs and exceed their expectations. You’re a clear communicator who speaks fluent mandarin and is not shy to build strong relationships with customers.  Your written skills are just as good as your verbal skills and you’re a problem solver.

 

What to Expect
We have a large Customer Service team based at our head office in Hammersmith. A customer service adviser at Harrods in Hammersmith does not attend to customer queries face to face. Instead, they build and maintain strong relationships with customers via telephone, emails and social media platforms. Our customer requests and queries vary and we attend to all cases no matter how big or small, with the same level of exceptional service.

Our team is very much a team! We work very closely together always helping each other out when needed. We have a great work life balance and our rota is very fair across the team. We share our successes and always share our stories of how we exceeded our customers’ expectations – that’s what drives us!
