We are searching for a motivated Marcomms Manager to define and deliver strategic projects for our Family customer segment here at Harrods on a 12 month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Director of Marcomms the Marcomms Manager for Families, is responsible for defining and delivering the marketing strategy for families.
The Marcomms Manager will work closely with a number of other teams across the wider Brand Experience Division (BED), namely; CRM, Events, Performance Marketing, Personal Shopping, Customer Insights to ensure a seamless customer experience for this customer segment.
You will deliver the Family customer strategy and annual plan including seasonal campaigns within an allocated budget. This role is accountable for understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment for families and the role families play at Harrods. In addition to this the role will be responsible for the conversion of existing Rewards Customer families and acquisition of new families to the Rewards and Mini Harrods Programmes. Mini Harrods is our Harrods Loyalty programme for children and their parents.
To be successful in this role you will be a subject expert in Marcomms with a high level of experience in the family sector, with wealth of connections within this sector to develop and nurture.
