Are you a media planning perfectionist with an analytical mind-set?

We are looking for a Media Planner to join the Harrods Media team.

The Media Planner will manage the optioning and booking process to ensure the in-store advertising programme and publishing portfolio runs effectively. Thanks to your highly organised manner, you will liaise with and attend meetings with our editorial, production and digital teams and manage flatplans on behalf of the sales teams. 

You will also develop and distribute in-depth sales and performance analysis reports to monitor expenditure against budgets. This will include margin calculations, preparations of P&L, brand analysis, media type and space analysis, and opportunities and positioning.

Strong communications skills are required as you’ll liaise with external brands and internal stakeholders over advertising requirements, as well as with our Finance teams to ensure any invoicing requests are met and necessary information is provided.
