Are you a Media Professional with an interest in strategy, planning and production? Are you a highly organised individual with an analytical mind-set?

We are looking for a Media Planning and Operations Executive to join the Harrods Media team.

The Media Planning and Operations Executive will work with closely with the Harrods Media Sales team to manage the booking and execution of the in-store advertising programme and publishing portfolio. Thanks to your highly organised manner, you will work closely with our Editorial, Production, VM and Digital teams to manage issue flatplans, ad page positions, Window Campaigns and accurately forecast on behalf of the sales teams.

You will also develop and distribute in-depth sales and performance analysis reports to monitor expenditure against budgets and brand investment. This will include margin calculations, preparations of P&L, brand analysis, media type analysis, and opportunities & positioning.

Strong communications skills are required as you’ll be liaising with clients, Account Managers and all Supporting Departments to ensure the efficient planning and implementation of brand campaigns. You will also liaise with our Finance teams to ensure the Invoicing process runs smoothly.  

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and a good understanding of Media Sales Strategy and analysis.
