You have great communication skills and take great pride in encouraging and developing your team to encourage career development and employee satisfaction. You will thrive in a fast-paced area and are comfortable communicating with your team, Natasha Denona brand representatives and senior managers alike.

What to expect

Looking after the Natasha Denona account and working closely with the Sales Manager, you will coach a small team of 2 Sales Assistants in order to achieve service and sales targets. You will also maintain excellent relationship with the brand and area manager. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes. Our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team will support your development with a variety of courses and training.

To be successful you will be a masterful motivator constantly engaging with your team to keep morale high. You will also need to be a true people person in order to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.  When set-backs appear, you’ll stay positive, suggesting and implementing swift solutions. Most of all, you will need to have a lot of energy and sense of fun.
