We are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to support the Knightsbridge Distribution General Manager on a 3 month contract with a view to being extended.  

Working with leaders across the business, you will have impeccable front-of-house etiquette and communication skills.

Able to manage shifting priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy, you will remain positive at all times. You will carry out administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.  You will look after the distribution office in Knightsbridge and help organise the Knightsbridge Distribution General Manager busy schedule, receiving important calls, organising meetings, liaising with internal and external clients and contacts, as well as being responsible for all administration duties. 

Remaining calm under pressure, you will approach demanding situations in an accommodating and diplomatic manner, providing practical solutions to any problem. As a self-motivated individual, you will possess excellent people skills and be able to build stable relationships based on mutual trust.

The successful candidate will be highly organised in order to meet tight deadlines and must possess superlative diary management and meeting scheduling skills. Previous secretarial or office administrator experience is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Packages.
